Use Of Activated Alumina, Including:
- Activated Alumina Is Used For A Wide Variety Of Applications Including Adsorption Of Adsorbents And Catalysts In The Production Of Polyethylene Catalysts, Production Of Hydrogen Peroxide And A Chemical Adsorbent Selective For Arsenic, Fluoride, Sulfur Dab.
- Used As A Dryer, By Means Of Adsorption. Water In The Air Trapped In The Pores Of Alumina So That The Air Becomes Dry As It Passes Through Alumina. This Drying Process Is Reversible. If Activated Alumina Was Saturated With Water Can Be Turned On Again By Heated Up To A Temperature Of 200 C, The Trapped Water Will Be Separated. This Process Is Called Regeneration
